Hi, I’m Oli AKA Offbeat

I’m a rapper from the UK who performs (mainly) comedy lyrics over (mainly) Swing-inspired beats.

I say “mainly” because I find it hard to pigeonhole myself. One minute I might be writing a lighthearted Swing Hop banger about online dating, the next I’ll have an irresistible urge to get deep and personal over some blues. I’m unpredictable like that.

Either way, my goal is to entertain but even more so to connect. I want people to hear my music and get that feeling that someone has gone through the same thing as them and gets it. Somebody once described my music as “Those little details in life that everyone knows but nobody says” and I think that about sums it up perfectly.
